Charles is a thoroughbred professional with over sixteen years cognate experience in the areas of Telecommunications, IT Strategy, Project & Change Management (P3CM), Business Transformation and Entreprenuership. He commenced his career in the

telecommunications sector with stints at Bourdex Telecoms and GS Telecoms (now Vodacom).He spent almost 10 years at a top Nigerian bank where as the Head of IT Project Management Office he managed the Bank’s expansion and rollout to over 60 locations in Nigeria and West Africa amongst other enterprise IT projects. Charles holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and has taken Management programs at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts and a diploma in entrepreneurship and innovation at Lund Univeristy Sweden. He has also attended several local and international training programs and is a Certified Project Management Professional and Managing Successful Program (PMP® & MSP®) with ITIL Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF®) skills. Besides founding Crestsage Limited, he is also the pioneer and current President of Shelterbuds Multipurpose Cooperative Society, a charitable mutual benefits real estate organisation, which he founded in 2008. And co-founder of TechQuest, a not for profit ‘coding for kids’ camps and clubs, (www.techquestcamp.com). He is a patron/co-founder of Roar Nigeria (www.roarnigeria.org), Nigeria’s 1st University based business and technology incubator. In his spare time, Charles plays squash, swims and provides mentorship to junior project managers and entrepreneurs.
